Google Drunk With Power

Wednesday, January 6th, 2010

Make Money Online discover the success principle from Mack. that creates millionaires. Learn Cell Phone Marketing from Mack who makes more than $300,000 every month with his cell phone. Know these email tricks that double sails. This what A.M. Khan says: Google’s drunk with power…That’s the conclusion some advertisers have come to. Because with little or no warning… They’re sending sometimes good folks out in the cold…Either with Google slaps… or full-out account bans. If you don’t follow their rules to the letter and spirit, you’re out of the game. In a greater sense, this is a good development.

Google is trying to give advertisers what they want… Relevant ads. So, they’re weeding-out bad apples. However, at the same time many good folks are getting hit in the crossfire. And Google is far from understanding. If you get hit, you have little recourse to rebound. As a result a growing chorus has taken shape. Many folks are saying “SCREW GOOGLE” and downplaying AdWords. The frustration is understandable… especially if you’ve already been hit.

However, I think a key point is getting missed in the current fog. Put simply, no matter how you cut it… at the end of the day… Google still holds upward of 60% of all search traffic… and reaches upwards of 80% of GLOBAL Internet users by including the content network…

It’s the # 1 ad network in the world…AND their reach just keeps growing. In REAL WORD terms, this is a HUGE chunk of your online market. By giving-up on Google… you’re not in the game. And you’re competition is more than happy to take your spot. When visitors look for your products on Google or on their favorite sites across the web… they end-up getting redirected another way. This is just one reason why Google should be at least a small part of every Ad Campaign… even if it’s just in the early stages of your product launch.

The main problem only comes when you don’t diversify. Listen, whether it’s Google, the Government, or the competition… unfair rules are going to come down the pike. You can bury your head in the sand… and react by going cold turkey. OR the alternative is simple. You can continue profiting from Google… while building multiple streams of traffic. Use OTHER ad networks (there are loads of Display ad competitors), cultivate lists, and look for others ways to connect with your customers on an on-going basis.

Plan for what would happen if you no longer had Google as an option. If you get hit… so what… you’ve got other TESTED places to turn (you’re not going out into the great unknown).

How exactly do I diversify traffic? One of the main answers is with my secret weapon AdText Image Creator 2.0… it allows you to not just unlock the Google content network… BUT, get killer image ads you can use on your blogs, in other ad networks, and on your sites. Google Traffic Formula For Higher Blog Rankings

Friday, November 27th, 2009

If you have a blog and would like to learn a fast and straightforward way for getting free traffic and search engine rankings, this article shows you everything you wanted to know, step-by-step.

Before we move forward I want to talk about getting traffic and why the majority of bloggers get it wrong.

Up to eighty-nine% of blog owners think about traffic as hits, and put people all together. They’re looking at traffic as statistics, and forget the basics - at the end of the other line there’s a breathing human being; with probably the same issues, and desires as you.

If these bloggers would not look at traffic as hits, and can provide thought on who they essentially want to attract, and who are they really talking to on their blog, traffic generating will not seem tough anymore.

Yes, for most bloggers traffic generation is rocket-science.

After you master the basics, blogging for traffic can appear a complete breeze. Just look around, and spot the pro bloggers out there. Do you think they’re hunting for traffic? Not at all; they are probably not actively generating traffic. They create traffic work for them.

Here is an illustration to make my point across:

Imagine blogger A [the newbie] on the other side of the road… making an attempt to draw in the attention of the audience [the cars on the street and folks around] holding a BIG red sign “Visit my blog ->”

Now picture blogger B [the professional] who has a whole army of people and cars advertising on his behalf, each one across the road.

89% of bloggers are trying too hard to get their traffic; they are publishing articles and writing blog posts; dabbling with SEO, Twittering, forum marketing, and so on.

A tiny percentage of the bloggers out there recognize the power of leveraging so they’re taking advantage of other people’s traffic, rankings and authority.

If you need to get on the boat of pro bloggers, then you’ve got to act like they act and do what they do:

Step #1 - think BIG and keep your focus [know who are you really talking with; who's your ideal consumer?]

Step #2 - run interviews, ad swaps and blog roll exchanges with like-minded bloggers in your field and industry

Step #3 - never pay for advertising unless you have your metrics tested and proven [for e.g. you know precisely your visitor value - click and lead revenue]

If you know that for each visitor to your blog, you’re making $1 a month on average, then you almost certainly could afford to pay 50 cents per unique visitor; you’d reap half a dollar as profit, right?

Affiliate Marketing - Understanding PPC Adversting

Tuesday, June 16th, 2009

Pay Per Click Marketing can allow affiliates to create an almost automated way of making money online but for most, diving into the PPC world can see them breaking the break before they make a single sale. Unfortunately most people that begin PPC advertising do not have a thorough understand of the basics and fundamentals of how to turn a small investment and risk into a successful marketing campaign. While not all campaigns will be profitable, limiting the damage, reducing costs and applying changes on the fly are imperative for online success.

Want To Beat Adwords and slap Google Back? beating adwords

One of the biggest mistake marketers make is paying for keywords that are too board, simply put, using keywords that are not highly relevant and highly targeted. Not only will this see expensive clicks chewing their your budget but lower the chances that those clicks will lead to conversions. For example, if you were promoting a product to teach people how to train their dog, using a keyword such as “dog training” would cost you an arm and a leg. You must think like a potential customer and get in their mind, walk in their shoes and examine how you would search Google or Yahoo. In the example above, targeting people looking to train their german shepherd dog by using the keyword, “how to train a german shepherd” is not only highly target but extremely relevant, visitor will land on your sales page that’s promoting a dog training program for their particular breed of dog. It will allow you to create ad groups and campaigns that are razor sharp and targeted perfectly for your market. If you were promoting a dog training program you could have various landing pages were slightly different keyword variations and images promoting to different dog owners. This would speak directly to the visitor and lead to higher conversions as you are providing them exactly what there are after.

Using long tail keywords that are very specific tend to cost less, have higher CTR, and less competition than broad keywords. Obviously there are other factors involved such as your ad copy and landing page and having them as aligned as much as possible with your selected keywords but the lesson here is to have keywords that are highly targeted and relevant. The better the continuity from keywords, ad groups, ad copy and landing page the better your chances are to see the type of conversions that will bring you a high return on investment.

Learn how to: improve adwords quality score

Get into the mindset by taking the search you do on a day to day basis and making note how you search and how others you know search. Do you tend to be more specific when entering keywords into your searches? Well, most people tending to ask questions or ask for solutions for their problems. Use this and create ad groups that are themed with long tail keywords (keywords with 3+ words).

Long tail keywords will allow you to capture leads, whilst they may not drive as much traffic to your site as you wish, you must remember that the aim of the game is to convert visitors into buyers not attract people who have no interest in buying what you are selling. If you are in the mindset that more traffic is better traffic you must break that cycle unless you want to break the bank and pay for click after click without making a profit or worse, sending you broke. Quality, highly relevant and targeted clicks is what you should aim for, you will notice the difference in your costs and conversion rates.
